Event Waiver and Release of Liability
All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.
By purchasing a ticket to REVOLT World, scheduled for September 20-22, 2024 at Pangaea Studios and the surrounding areas (i.e., parking lots, streets, crosswalks, etc.,) and other related off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World, you (the “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acknowledgments:
1. Age Requirement:
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old. You acknowledge that proof of age in the form of a valid ID will be required at admission. If you are younger than 18, you will not be granted entry to REVOLT World. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued.
2. Information Collection:
By purchasing REVOLT World tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to REVOLT to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
3. Notice of Filming:
If you attend REVOLT World, you may be videotaped and recorded. By entering REVOLT WORLD, you hereby irrevocably grant to REVOLT and its affiliates and assigns (including without limitation event and program sponsors, advertisers, and marketing partners) the right to photograph your image and record your voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same (and/or any portion thereof) forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium including, without limitation, in REVOLT and other sponsored or unsponsored programs and the advertisement and promotion thereof, without compensation, credit or other consideration. If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded or appear under these conditions, please do not attend REVOLT World.
4. Assumption of Risk:
By purchasing a ticket and attending REVOLT World (and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World), you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, professional injury, personal and property damage (including lost, stolen or misplaced items), illness (including, without limitation, COVID-19 or other communicable illness), or death. These risks may result from your own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, or the condition of the event location or any equipment used. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death associated with participating in and/or attendance at REVOLT World.
5. Waiver and Release:
In consideration for being allowed to participate and/or attend in REVOLT World, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive and discharge REVOLT Media & TV LLC, its affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, vendors, subcontractors, sponsors, agents, and other participants (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, personal injury, professional injury, personal and property damage (including lost, stolen or misplaced items), illness, or death (collectively, “Claims”) that may be sustained by you while participating in and/or attendance while on the premises where REVOLT World (and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World) is conducted. Further, you agree not to sue the Releasees or any one of them in connection with any such Claim. You acknowledge that you have waived all claims for financial or other damages by attending REVOLT World.
6. Alcohol Consumption:
You acknowledge and agree that consumption of alcohol at REVOLT World is optional and only allowed for attendees age 21 years old or older and is optional and a personal decision. You agree that any alcoholic beverages you consume are your own choice and responsibility. You agree to drink responsibly and heed suggestions from REVOLT and Releasees and will not drive if you have had any alcoholic beverages. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for all of your actions resulting from consuming alcohol at REVOLT World and that neither REVOLT nor any Releasees are responsible for your consumption or choices, and release REVOLT and Releasees from any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, professional injury, illness, loss of any kind, death or disability, caused or occurred at REVOLT World (including surrounding areas (i.e., parking lots, streets, cross walks, etc.,) and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World).
7. Prohibited Behavior:
REVOLT follows a ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or possession of any weapons at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as harassing, obscene or menacing. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at REVOLT WORLD or if your behavior is deemed objectionable in REVOLT’s sole discretion, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be offered.
8. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all Claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in and/or attendance at REVOLT World, including without limitation any Claims arising in connection with your consumption of alcohol.
9. Ticketing Conditions:
The price of one REVOLT World ticket varies based on access level. The license can be revoked at any time by REVOLT or its representatives at its sole discretion. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue. You assume full responsibility for the REVOLT WORLD tickets once received. REVOLT has no liability – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way. REVOLT World tickets may not be copied or used for promotional or advertising purposes (including sweepstakes and competitions) without REVOLT’s prior approval.
10. Force Majeure Event:
REVOLT World is a ‘rain or shine’ event. If REVOLT World is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances or for events outside of REVOLT’s control, REVOLT has the sole and absolute right to reschedule or cancel the event. REVOLT’s decision whether to issue any refund in any such event shall be within its sole discretion, and no such refund shall be required. There will not be any refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.
Once the event begins on September 20, 2024, no refund requests will be entertained. If you are unable to access any particular section(s) of the venue, Pangaea Studios, due to delays, federal or local regulations, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason outside of REVOLT’s control, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
11. Governing Law:
This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
By purchasing a ticket to REVOLT World (and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World) you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any of the foregoing terms, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the REVOLT World premises.
REVOLT may change these terms and conditions without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer https://revoltworld.com/.
